Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Planning & Scheduling
Assist in creating weekly social media content calendars.
Draft captions and prepare posts in line with brand tone.
Schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Design & Creative Support
Create basic graphics, reels, or story templates using Canva or similar tools.
Coordinate with the design team (if any) for creative assets.
3. Posting & Page Management
Upload daily/weekly posts based on the calendar.
Ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
4. Engagement & Community Interaction
Respond to comments, DMs, and user queries politely.
Engage with followers through likes, replies, and shares.
Monitor tagged posts, mentions, and trends.
5. Research & Trend Tracking
Identify trending hashtags, audio, and content ideas.
Research competitor pages and relevant campaigns.
Suggest creative post ideas aligned with trends.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track daily/weekly engagement insights.
Prepare a simple performance summary (reach, likes, shares, followers).
Suggest improvements based on analytics.
7. Campaign Support
Assist in running small awareness or fundraising campaigns.
Coordinate with teams for content inputs and updates.
8. Collaboration & Coordination
Work with program teams to gather stories, updates, and field photos.
Share drafts for review and update based on feedback.
9. Influencer & Network Outreach (if applicable)
Support in identifying micro-influencers or partner pages.
Draft outreach messages for collaboration.
10. Content Library Maintenance
Maintain organized folders of designs, photos, and videos.
Document posted content for reuse and tracking.
