Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Primary)
Assist in scheduling and posting content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest,
and YouTube.
Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and highlight content that
performs well.
Track and report social media metrics on a weekly basis.
Keep an eye on current trends, reels, and challenges; suggest timely content
ideas.
Help maintain content calendars and ensure posts go live on time.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all channels.
Photoshoot & Content Support
Assist with photoshoots: preparation (props, eyewear selection), coordination,
and on-ground execution.
Help in cataloguing shoot material (images, videos) and coordinating with
editors/designers for final outputs.
Maintain a simple content library (sorted by date, campaign, and platform).
Marketing Operations
Perform data entry and collation for customer feedback, campaign reports, and
outreach lists.
Support the team in basic design tasks (e.g., Canva templates, resizing
images).
Help in research tasks e.g., competitor activities, trending hashtags, design
references.
Provide assistance in email marketing coordination (drafting text, updating
mailing lists) where needed.
Requirements & Skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Interest in social media management, digital marketing, and branding.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva (preferred).
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
An eye for aesthetics and design sensibilities is a bonus.
