Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Content creation:
1. Help build content ideas, scripts, captions, and visual directions
2. Shoot content for our social media platforms and coordinate with the video
editor
B. Social media management:
1. Manage and schedule posts across platforms
2. Manage social media calendar
3. Track trends and identify opportunities for content
C. Brand & campaign support:
1. Assist during photoshoots and product shoots
D. Research & insights:
1. Study the affordable real estate market and competitor strategies
2. Track analytics and compile monthly learnings
