1. Managing orders received via phone and email, ensuring all details are
accurately recorded.
2. Inputting orders into the system, verifying they meet customer
requirements.
3. Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team
members.
4. Assisting team members in completing their tasks efficiently and
effectively.
