Company Secretary (CS) - Internship

As a Company Secretary (CS) intern at Miles Education Solutions Private
Limited, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in preparing board meeting agendas and minutes
2. Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
3. Maintain and update company records and databases
4. Coordinate with external stakeholders such as regulators and auditors
5. Assist in compliance monitoring and reporting
6. Provide administrative support to the company secretary
7. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge and
skills in corporate governance.
