Community Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Scanning platforms like Reddit, X (Twitter), Instagram, news portals, and
forums to identify trending issues, complaints, and discussions relevant to
the community.
2. Converting research into short-form content (posts, threads, carousels,
prompts) that is easy to understand and discussion-worthy.
3. Writing captions, hooks, and headlines that make people stop scrolling and
respond.
4. Monitoring comments, replies, DMs, and community conversations.
5. Engaging with users thoughtfully to encourage healthy discussion and
participation.
6. Flagging sensitive, high-impact, or viral topics to the core team quickly.
7. Tracking what content performs well and sharing learnings with the team.
8. Brainstorming new content formats, community activities, and growth ideas.
9. Assisting in moderating discussions to keep the community safe,
respectful, and useful.
10. Documenting insights, trends, and recurring issues for future content and
product decisions.
