Community Management - Internship
BigBox Ventures Private Limited
We are looking for a proactive and creative intern to support our existing
operations and events team in client engagement and corporate activity
planning. The intern will be directly reporting to the leadership team and
assisting in executing events across our managed workspace locations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support the current events & operations team in planning and execution of:
- monthly engagement activities
- celebrations, tournaments, workshops, and festive events
- corporate wellness programs & themed days
2. Research and present new ideas for employee engagement and community
interaction.
3. Schedule events aligned with client availability and center timelines.
4. Coordinate with vendors, internal staff, and venue support teams.
5. Manage event logistics (setup, d cor, invitations, refreshments,
materials, branding).
6. Assist with internal communications: invites, posters, announcements, and
mailers.
7. Prepare post-event feedback, attendance, and activity summary reports.
8. On-ground support during event days for smooth execution.
