Community Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Responding to messages, comments, and DMs on all social platforms
(Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, etc.).
2. Welcoming new creators and guiding them through the onboarding process.
3. Initiating public interactions daily - replying to creator posts,
highlighting community stories, and driving conversations.
4. Monitoring sentiment across social media and community channels, reporting
common feedback or issues.
5. Creating and scheduling daily posts, reels, carousels, and short-form
videos (optional) promoting aye.so features and success stories.
6. Collaborating with the design team to maintain visual consistency across
marketing assets.
7. Writing short-form content such as captions, email newsletters, and blog
updates highlighting product improvements or creator journeys.
8. Experimenting with A/B testing for captions, creatives, or ad copies to
improve engagement and conversions.
9. Identifying high-potential leads from community interactions and social
campaigns.
10. Scheduling and conducting webinars or live sessions to explain aye.so's
features and use cases to interested creators.
11. Following up with attendees post-webinar to assist them in setting up
their pages or using widgets effectively.
12. Tracking webinar performance (attendees, conversions, engagement rate)
and reporting weekly insights.
13. Reaching out to potential creators who align with aye.so's audience and
inviting them to join the platform.
14. Encouraging active users to share testimonials, reviews, and case
studies.
15. Moderating and managing community spaces (Discord, Telegram, or Slack).
16. Organizing community events, Q&A sessions, and challenges to keep
engagement high.
17. Maintaining a daily and weekly metrics sheet including new signups,
community engagement, and campaign performance.
18. Analyzing data from social media and webinars to understand what drives
conversions.
19. Sharing weekly reports with actionable insights and improvement ideas.
20. Proposing new marketing ideas or partnerships with micro-influencers,
creators, or niche communities.
21. Collaborating with the product and marketing teams to align campaigns
with product launches or new features.
22. Researching market trends and competitor activities to suggest creative
growth strategies.
