This internship is your chance to learn the subtle science of fostering trust,
encouraging participation, and transforming conversations into collective
action. You'll refine essential skills - active listening, empathetic
leadership, and persuasive communication - while contributing to a cause that
thrives on unity and purpose.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Design and oversee community-driven fundraising campaigns for Pawzz.
2. Engage with supporters through digital forums, groups, and events.
3. Build meaningful relationships with members to inspire contributions.
4. Work closely with the team to ensure activities align with fundraising
goals.
5. Monitor community feedback and adapt strategies for stronger engagement.
6. Encourage peer-to-peer outreach to expand the supporter network.

Pawzz is an upcoming aggregation platform in animal welfare for rescuers and non-profit organizations. We raise awareness about issues related to animal cruelty while simultaneously providing a platform for animal lovers to volunteer, adopt animals, fund campaigns, post-rescue stories, and become a vital part of the movement aiming for the complete eradication of the stigma towards animals in our society. Our mission is to balance out the human-animal ecosystem in the country and ensure that both live in harmony with each other.
