Community Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage and engage with online communities across assigned platforms.
2. Respond to comments, messages, and community queries in a professional and
empathetic manner.
3. Ensure strict adherence to platform rules, community guidelines, and brand
tone.
4. Coordinate with the founding team on sensitive posts, moderation
decisions, and escalations.
5. Monitor conversations, flag risks, and maintain a safe, respectful
community environment.
6. Share weekly insights on engagement, sentiment, and community feedback.

The 3 selected interns will be assigned one primary platform group each:

Role 1: Reddit & Discord Community Manager:
1. Handle subreddit interactions, modmail coordination, Discord moderation
2. Ensure rule compliance and trust-first communication
3. High sensitivity role (fintech + community safety)

Role 2: X (Twitter) & LinkedIn Community Manager:
1. Manage replies, comments, and engagement on X & LinkedIn
2. Maintain founder voice, professional tone, and credibility
3. Assist in thought-leadership amplification

Role 3: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram & YouTube Community Manager:
1. Handle comments, DMs, groups, and community discussions
2. Moderate spam and encourage positive engagement
3. Support reach and community growth
