Client Servicing Specialist – Design/Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicate with clients to clearly explain the company's processes and
ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Oversee and manage client projects using the internal dashboard, ensuring
timely updates and progress tracking.
3. Engage with existing customers to highlight the benefits of upgrading to
premium plans and assist in the upselling process.
4. Conduct video calls with clients when necessary to address queries,
present updates, or clarify project details.
5. Review incoming design requests and coordinate with the design team to
ensure accurate execution.
6. Collaborate with the design team to finalize completed projects and
effectively present and deliver the final designs to clients.
