Role overview:

We're looking for a fast, reliable, and detail-oriented intern to handle day-
to-day WhatsApp and Instagram communication for our brand. The ideal person
will respond to customer queries, share updates, and maintain a friendly,
professional tone throughout.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond instantly to all WhatsApp and Instagram messages during the shift.
2. Handle customer queries related to products, orders, shipping, returns,
and tracking.
3. Share catalogs, size charts, and product details accurately.
4. Log key leads and conversations neatly in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
5. Coordinate with the core team for any escalations or updates that require
follow-up.
6. Maintain clear and polite communication with proper grammar and tone.
7. Prepare a short end-of-day summary of pending replies or important follow-
ups.
