Client Servicing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely
communication and issue resolution.
2. Understand client requirements, project scope, and deliverables to ensure
smooth execution.
3. Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech, operations) to
deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.
4. Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, updates,
and feedback sessions.
5. Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly and
professionally.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation based on client needs and
project progress.
6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
7. Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering consistent service
excellence.
