Client Servicing - Internship

As a Client Servicing intern at 22 Creatives, you will be an integral part of
our dynamic team, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met
and expectations exceeded. Your proficiency in written and spoken English,
along with your expertise in MS-PowerPoint, MS-Office, and MS-Excel, will be
crucial in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels to
understand their requirements and provide solutions.
2. Assist in preparing presentations and proposals using MS-PowerPoint to
showcase our services and capabilities.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and
campaigns.
4. Analyze client feedback and data using MS-Excel to identify areas for
improvement and growth.
5. Manage client relationships and expectations to ensure high levels of
satisfaction and retention.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide
strategic insights to clients.
7. Support the Client Servicing team in day-to-day operations and tasks to
deliver exceptional service.
