Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will play a vital role in building and nurturing
strong relationships with both business partners (B2B) and individual clients
(B2C). The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through
strategic client engagement, managing sales pipelines, resolving client
concerns, and expanding market presence for JCG's education and consultancy
services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with B2B partners and B2C
clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and
client referrals.
Understand client needs and propose tailored consultancy solutions for study
abroad services and NEET counseling.
Manage end-to-end client interactions including onboarding, follow-ups, and
feedback collection.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, sales) to ensure
client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales and client acquisition targets.
Handle client grievances professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare and present business proposals and reports on relationship management
activities.
