Client Servicing - Internship
Mygate
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cold calling/outreach: Reach out to ~ 50-60 clients per day (phone,
WhatsApp, email as applicable) to discuss potential campaigns, gauge interest,
and check feasibility.
2. Feasibility assessment: Collect and record required information from each
client (e.g., society details, lifts, common areas, consent, availability) to
evaluate whether the campaign can be executed similar to a 'feasibility-check
call.'
3. Follow-up & reminders: For leads that are interested but pending approval
or additional info, do timely follow-ups, send reminders, get additional
required data, and nudge toward closure.
