Civil Engineering - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Inspection:
1. Conduct detailed inspections, diagnoses, and assessments of prospects
passed on by the Sales (CSE) team in accordance with company standards.
2. Identify problems on-site and propose practical solutions that align with
customer requirements and budget constraints.
3. Share relevant site data and insights with the CSE to help prepare the
most suitable proposal for the client.
4. Accompany the CSE in final discussions and meetings with prospects to
minimize delivery gaps and support the conversion of prospects into clients.

B. Execution:
1. Review and comprehend project plans provided by the CSE, making necessary
arrangements for timely execution.
2. Oversee crew performance by counseling and guiding team members, ensuring
smooth project execution and minimizing the gap between planned vs. actual
delivery (within a 20% confidence interval).
3. Communicate project updates through daily reports (site updates, material
consumption, closures, audit reports) to CSE and clients.
4. Provide relevant operational and cost-related data to management or data
analysts for cost optimization and performance improvement.
