CGOps - Internship

Overview-
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Craiggenie
Operations Team as a CGOps Intern. As a CGOps Intern, you will play an
integral role in supporting our Tier 1 & 2 clients by developing media plans
and posting strategies. You will have the opportunity to work full time,
gaining hands-on experience in the world of digital advertising and operations
in the recruitment space.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the Craiggenie Operations Team to create effective media
plans and posting strategies for Tier 1 & 2 clients of Joveo.
2. Utilize the Craiggenie tool to implement posting plans, ensuring timely
and accurate execution of client campaigns.
3. Perform data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas
for optimization and improvement.
4. Assist in monitoring campaign metrics, such as impressions, click-through
rates, conversions, and ROI, to ensure the delivery of exceptional results for
our clients.
5. Actively contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing
innovative ideas and insights to drive campaign success.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and
creative teams, to align strategies and achieve client objectives.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising,
incorporating them into strategies and recommendations.

Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a
relevant field (Marketing, Advertising, Business, or similar).
2. Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented mindset. Proficiency in data
analysis tools and techniques is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability
to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
4. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple
tasks and projects simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Google Sheets, Docs).
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, while also
thriving in a collaborative team environment.
7. Demonstrated passion for digital advertising, marketing, or related
fields.
