Data Management - Internship

We are looking for a data management intern who can help us organize,

segregate, and maintain data stored across multiple platforms, such as

software, cloud drives, hard drives, pen drives, and internal systems. The

role requires a structured mindset, basic technical understanding, and

attention to detail.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Organize and manage data stored across multiple software, cloud drives,

hard drives, pen drives, and other storage systems

2\. Segregate and migrate data from one source to another as per gthe iven

instructions

3\. Maintain data in a predefined format and structure

4\. Ensure proper naming conventions, folder hierarchy, and version control

5\. Identify duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant data and flag it for review

6\. Assist in basic documentation related to data organization and processes

7\. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and easy accessibility
