Database Building/Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Build, clean, and maintain master databases of CMOs, senior marketers,
agencies, partners, and service providers.
2\. Understand industry structure: Brand/advertiser side, agency ecosystem
(creative, media, digital agencies), Publishers & platforms, adtech/martech
vendors
3\. Organize data across sheets, CRM, and folders with accuracy and
consistency.
4\. Standardize categories, tags, role definitions, and company types.
5\. Perform data quality checks and ensure clean, structured, enriched data.
6\. Assist in research: identifying new companies, leadership movements,
LinkedIn cross-checks.
7\. Send personalized outreach messages/emails to CMOs and senior marketers.
8\. Maintain a tracker of outreach, responses, and follow-ups.
9\. Add interested leaders to the launch WhatsApp group and keep the list
updated.
10\. Draft simple, professional messages for outreach.
11\. Coordinate with the founder to schedule introductions, reminders, or
follow-ups.
