Performance Marketer - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Meta, Google, TikTok campaign creation
and optimization.
2\. Scaling and Audience Strategy: Scaling strategies (CBO, ABO, retargeting,
LAL audiences).
3\. Data and Conversion Setup: Event tracking, conversion setup, GA4, and
attribution.
4\. Creative Strategy: Creative testing with UGC and static ads.
5\. Reporting and Analysis: Performance dashboards and reporting.
6\. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Landing page testing and funnel
optimization.
