Accounting & Tally - Internship

Accounting & tally intern at Surana Ankush & Associates.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in managing financial transactions: You will play a pivotal role in

recording and categorizing financial data accurately, utilizing Tally ERP

software.

2\. Support bank reconciliation: You'll be responsible for matching bank

statements with accounting records, ensuring accuracy, and identifying

discrepancies.

3\. Collaborate in preparing financial reports: Work closely with the

accounting team to generate comprehensive reports, including balance sheets,

income statements, and cash flow statements.

4\. Aid in maintaining inventory records: Assist in managing the inventory

module in Tally, helping to track stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and

generate inventory reports.

5\. Assist with accounts receivable and payable: Work alongside the finance

team to maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments, monitor

outstanding invoices, and ensure timely payments.

6\. Support in tax compliance: Help in preparing tax documents, including GST,

TDS, and other statutory filings, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory

requirements.

7\. Assist in general administrative tasks: Collaborate with various teams to

support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document

management.
