Telecalling - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Call leads and inquiries, explain about courses and our services
(11th-12th Science Boards/NEET/JEE/CET/NATA/NDA) and resolve basic questions.
2\. Follow up consistently, handle objections, and schedule walk-ins/demo
sessions.
3\. Maintain lead status, notes, and follow-up timelines in a tracker/CRM.
4\. Coordinate with counselors/admissions team to close enrollments.
5\. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion activity targets.
