Career Growth - Internship

As an 'AI Career Growth Executive Intern,' you will interact with students,
understand their career aspirations, and guide them towards the right AI-
driven career programs.
This is a career guidance & growth role, focused on communication,
understanding student needs, and supporting them in making informed career
decisions.

The first 10 days are completely training-oriented, so you learn, practice,
and build confidence before taking ownership.

A. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Interact with students and young professionals via calls & chats
2. Understand students' interests, strengths, and career goals
3. Assist in guiding students towards suitable career pathways & programs
4. Support students throughout their decision-making journey
5. Work closely with the career advisory & growth team
6. Participate in training, mock calls, and feedback sessions

B. 30-60-90 Day Internship Roadmap:

1. Days 1-10
a. Understanding the AI career ecosystem
b. Basics of student psychology & counselling
c. Training, shadowing & mock sessions

2. Days 10-60
a. Assisted student interactions
b. Guided counselling calls
c. Regular feedback & mentorship

3. Days 61-90
a. Independent student interactions
b. Performance-based incentives
c. PPO & role progression discussion
