Campus Ambassador - Internship

Objective: Our mission is to help students build financial independence, make
smarter investment decisions, and access a powerful research tool without
financial risk.

Why we are running this program: Many students want to learn investing, but
don't know where to start. Most tools feel expensive, complicated, or risky.
This program removes those barriers by giving students an easy, safe, and
affordable way to begin their financial journey.

Our goals:

1. Make financial literacy accessible to college students
2. Help students without hidden costs
3. Provide the tools, screeners and Research so students make informed
decisions
4. Build a student-driven finance community across campuses
5. Offer ambassadors hands-on experience in marketing, finance, and
leadership

The campus ambassador's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Promote financial research using your campus network
2. Explain the benefits of Research 360 & Motilal Oswal Demat Account
clearly.
3. Spread awareness about smart, responsible investing
4. Encourage students to try Research 360
5. Organize one financial awareness session in your college
6. Represent the brand in student clubs, groups, and communities
7. The focus is on education and awareness, not aggressive selling.

What students receive:

A. Students referred through ambassadors get
1. 2-month Research 360 plan for 99
2. 200 voucher after signup (net zero cost)
3. Brokerage-free trading up to 1,000 for the first month
4. Access to research tools, insights, screeners, and reports
5. A safe and structured beginning to their investing journey

Example (Why it is zero cost)
A student pays 99 and receives a 200 voucher.
99 - 200 = - 101
The student gains 101 in value plus full access to the platform.

B. Support Provided to Ambassadors :
1. Training on finance fundamentals and Research 360
2. Marketing materials, including posters, scripts, and templates
3. Referral tracking tools
4. Guidance from program managers
5. Assistance in planning college events or sessions
