Lead Kindness
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Design the psychometric test for students
2\. Research and prepare materials for workshops and training
3\. Coordinate interviews and assist with psychometric or behavioral
assessments.
4\. Support data collection, scoring, and documentation of assessments
5\. Assist in preparing reports, case notes, and follow-up documentation
