Workshop Facilitator & Leadership - Internship

This role is for a leader and a thinker. We are looking for skilled

communicators to facilitate our workshops, panel discussions, and interactive

sessions. As a Facilitator, you will not just be speaking; you will be guiding

dialogue, moderating debates between experts, and ensuring that every session

achieves its goal of creating understanding and inspiring action.

empower individuals and communities through innovative, empathy-led projects

aligned with the UN SDGs, supported by over 12 million volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Catalyze Meaningful Dialogue: Lead and moderate insightful discussions,

workshops, and panel sessions on key social and environmental issues.

2\. Manage Group Dynamics: Skillfully manage interactions between panelists

and the audience, ensuring a respectful and productive exchange of ideas.

3\. Ensure Productive Outcomes: Guide sessions towards clear objectives,

summarizing key points and facilitating actionable conclusions.

4\. Develop Leadership Skills: Hone your abilities in active listening,

critical thinking, and conflict resolution in a live, high-stakes environment.
