As a System Support Engineer intern at Xerago, you will have the exciting

in firewall configuration and troubleshooting. Your role will be instrumental

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assisting in the configuration and maintenance of firewalls to protect our
network from cyber threats.
2\. Troubleshooting network issues and providing timely resolutions to ensure
minimal downtime.
3\. Collaborating with the IT team to identify and address any potential
security vulnerabilities.
4\. Monitoring network performance and implementing necessary upgrades to
optimize system efficiency.
5\. Assisting in the implementation of new technologies to enhance our systems
and processes.
6\. Documenting system configurations and procedures to ensure easy access for
future reference.
7\. Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve your technical
skills and knowledge.
8\. Install OS in all the systems.
