Business Development (Sales) - Internship

We are looking for ambitious students and recent graduates to join our
business development team. In this role, you will help initiate conversations
with potential business partners and clients, contributing directly to revenue
and growth initiatives.
In this internship, you will represent B2B companies online, perform manual
LinkedIn outreach, interact with prospects, and support sales teams by
qualifying leads and booking demos.
This is a hands-on internship designed to give you practical exposure to B2B
sales, lead generation, outreach strategy, and business development while
working with fast-growing and global companies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct manual LinkedIn outreach for assigned B2B companies
Send personalized connection requests, messages, and follow-ups
Engage with prospects and respond to basic queries professionally
Identify and qualify interested leads
Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team
Follow outreach guidelines and maintain professional communication
Skills Required
Strong written English communication skills
Confidence in professional online communication
Basic understanding or interest in sales, marketing, or business development
Ability to follow processes and meet outreach targets
Self-motivated and consistent in daily outreach activities
