Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Responsibilites:
Customer Database Management:
Build and keep a detailed and up-to-date customer database.
Ensure all customer information is accurate and current.
Lead Generation:
Use various platforms and social media to uncover new leads.
Implement effective strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
Lead Qualification:
Contact customers to determine if leads are cold, warm, or hot.
Follow up to provide updates and gauge interest levels.
Cold Calling & Sales Pitching:
Reach out to potential clients through cold calls.
Craft and deliver compelling pitches about our products, solutions, and
services.
Market Research:
Conduct research to discover new opportunities and industry trends.
Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies as needed.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on lead generation and sales activities.
Analyse metrics to assess performance and suggest improvements.
