Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviews,

and HR data management.

2\. Draft and update clear, role-specific job descriptions.

3\. Screen resumes by matching candidate skills with role requirements.

4\. Source candidates through job portals and conduct direct outreach to

potential recruits.

5\. Conduct interviews for sales roles using industry-standard interviewing

techniques.

6\. Onboard new hires by guiding them through hiring formalities and training

processes.

7\. Act as an employee advocate for both new and existing team members.

8\. Complete and process all new-hire documentation for selected candidates.
