We are implementing a new CRM system and need a proactive, tech-savvy intern

to support the full setup process. You will help organize and upload data,

configure the CRM structure, test the system, and assist in the final launch.

The role involves working closely with our sales and operations team to

understand business workflows and translate them into the CRM. You will also

use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to create templates, documentation, SOPs,

and improve automation.

This internship offers hands-on experience in CRM implementation, data

management, workflow design, and AI-driven productivity. If you enjoy

structured tasks, learning new tools, and contributing to meaningful

operational improvements, this role is a great fit.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Clean, organize, and upload customer, lead & sales data into the CRM.

2\. Assist in setting up pipelines, fields, automations, tags, dashboards,

etc.

3\. Support testing and validation before CRM launch.

4\. Also, use AI tools to create:

a. Email templates & follow-up text

b. SOPs and training documents

c. Workflow notes and summaries

d. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth system onboarding.

e. Provide basic support to the team during go-live.
