Assistant To Content Manager - Internship

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support

our Content Manager in the planning, creation, and distribution of engaging

content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a detail-

oriented self-starter who can manage multiple projects, has strong writing

skills, and a foundational understanding of content marketing and SEO.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content Production & Coordination:

1\. Assist in developing a content calendar and editorial plan.

2\. Research industry trends, keywords, and competitor content to generate new

ideas.

3\. Draft, write, and edit content for blogs, articles, social media, email

newsletters, and website pages.

4\. Proofread and edit for grammar, clarity, and consistency with brand voice.

5\. Curate and source images, videos, and other creative assets.

6\. Collaborate with designers and marketing team members for visual

storytelling.

B. Content Publishing & Management:

1\. Schedule and publish content via CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify,

Squarespace).

2\. Optimize content for SEO including internal linking and keyword placement.

3\. Update and refresh existing content to maintain accuracy and relevance.

4\. Manage digital assets and organize files in shared repositories.

C. Administrative & Analytical Support:

1\. Track content performance using Google Analytics and social media

insights.

2\. Prepare performance reports and share recommendations for improvement.

3\. Assist with email and calendar management for the content team.

4\. Maintain project management boards (Trello, Asana, or similar).

D. Social Media & Community Engagement:

1\. Draft engaging captions and posts for social platforms.

2\. Schedule and manage social media content calendars.

3\. Monitor comments and messages to foster audience engagement.

4\. Track relevant hashtags, trends, and user-generated content
