Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content Creation & Social Media

1\. Produce 3-5 Instagram Reels weekly using trending audio/templates

2\. Plan and execute weekly content calendars for @shopdraamebaaz

3\. Shoot and edit store product highlights, styling videos, and behind-the-

scenes

4\. Develop "Drama Diaries" - customer styling stories in video format

5\. Engage with our community daily (DMs, comments, local geotags)

6\. Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategy weekly

B. In-Store Styling & Customer Experience

1\. Conduct "Drama Diagnosis" styling sessions for walk-in clients

2\. Create personalized accessory pairings for different customer

personalities

3\. Train in product knowledge and styling techniques (we'll teach you)

4\. Capture user-generated content with customers' consent

5\. Maintain styling station with fresh looks and inspiration

C. Visual Merchandising & Store Theater

1\. Redesign store displays weekly to create "Instagrammable corners"

2\. Thematic window displays aligned with weekly content themes

3\. Product styling for photography and in-store presentation

4\. Inventory organization for photogenic arrangements

5\. Seasonal decor updates to maintain premium aesthetic

D. Buzz Generation & Community Building

1\. Brainstorm and execute weekly "drama-worthy" store events

2\. Local influencer outreach and collaboration coordination

3\. Assist in planning launch events for new collections

4\. Develop guerrilla marketing ideas for mall footfall capture

5\. Create "viral-worthy" in-store experiences
