Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining service quality and timely
delivery
2\. Support and guide professionals responsible for delivering services to
clients
3\. Build and maintain positive client relationships while managing finances
and meeting deadlines
4\. Perform HR data analysis and generate reports and metrics to identify
trends and conduct root cause analysis
5\. Manage manpower operations to support workforce planning and deployment
6\. Process vendor payments on time to ensure smooth operations
7\. Assist the finance and accounts team with bank guarantees, sales tax
returns, customs work, and import-export documentation
8\. Support the audit manager during internal and external audit activities
9\. Generate various MIS reports to support decision-making
10\. Support HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, and coordination
activities
11\. Initiate operational cases as per defined processes
12\. Process cases in line with established quality standards
13\. Handle queries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
