Case Management System - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Technology & architecture

1\. Design and own the end-to-end SaaS architecture (multi-tenant, secure,

scalable)

2\. Select and implement the technology stack (backend, frontend, cloud, AI)

3\. Build robust APIs, role-based access controls, audit logs, and workflow

engines

4\. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance

B. AI & automation

1\. Lead development of AI-driven features, including:

2\. Document classification and tagging

3\. NLP-based case summaries and alerts

4\. Intelligent task routing and compliance reminders

5\. Work with LLMs, document AI, OCR, and automation pipelines

6\. Ensure explainability, reliability, and legal-domain accuracy of AI

outputs

C. Security & compliance

1\. Implement enterprise-grade data security, encryption, and access controls

2\. Design systems compliant with legal confidentiality and data protection

norms

3\. Prepare the platform for future certifications (ISO, SOC2, etc.)\
