Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for human

resources? CoThenbharatham Private Limited is seeking an HR intern to join our

dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on

experience in a fast-paced environment while honing your skills in MS Office,

English proficiency (spoken and written), MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job

openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.

2\. Support HR team with employee relations tasks, such as handling inquiries

and resolving issues.

3\. Maintain and update employee records and files in compliance with company

policies and regulations.

4\. Assist with payroll processing and tracking employee attendance and

leaves.

5\. Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in developing HR policies

and procedures.

6\. Assist with organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.

7\. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
