Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Prospect research & market analysis:

a) Identify potential clients and target segments (healthcare) that could

benefit from Kognos Infosystems' AI and analytics solutions.

b) Use platforms like LinkedIn, company directories & websites, industry

databases, and social media to gather contact information and build a pool of

qualified leads.

c) Track industry trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach

strategies and understand where demand is strongest.

2\. Outreach and initial engagement:

a) Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to prospective clients,

highlighting Kognos Infosystems' services like AI solutions, health &

wellness, chatbots, analytics, and managed IT services.

b) Make outreach calls to introduce the company's offerings, gauge interest,

and gather information about client needs.

c) Respond to inbound queries and direct prospects to relevant sales teams or

resources.

3\. Follow-ups & scheduling:

a) Follow up with prospects who have shown interest or engaged with initial

outreach.

b) Schedule discovery calls, product demos, or meetings for senior sales or

account executives.

c) Ensure meeting details and context are clearly communicated to the sales

team ahead of time.

4\. Reporting & team communication:

a) Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports summarizing outreach

activities, engagement rates, and conversion progress.

b) Share insights and feedback with senior sales or business development

managers to help refine messaging, targeting, and prioritization.

c) Track KPIs such as the number of new leads identified, outreach attempts,

response rates, and qualified prospects.
