Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Direct outreach & lead engagement: Conduct outbound calls to +2 (higher
secondary) and intermediate college students and their parents to introduce
our engineering programs and career opportunities.
2\. Personalized career counseling: Act as a dedicated mentor to help students
navigate their academic choices, explaining the benefits of our curriculum,
industry partnerships (like Blackbucks), and campus life.
3\. Lead pipeline management: Manage and update the student database (CRM),
ensuring every lead is followed up with at the right time to move them through
the admission funnel.
4\. Strategic follow-ups: Maintain a consistent and persuasive follow-up cycle
with "hot leads" and their parents to resolve doubts regarding fees,
scholarships, and placements.
