Job Summary
The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR
operations and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth employee
lifecycle management, compliance, documentation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Assist in recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, follow-ups,
documentation)
Handle onboarding and exit formalities (offer letters, joining formalities,
exit clearance)
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data
Assist in payroll coordination by sharing attendance and employee data
Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal procedures
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office administration and daily office requirements
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility management
Maintain office inventory, stationery, and assets
Handle travel arrangements, visitor management, and front-office coordination
Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and smooth office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
1-3 years of experience in HR & Admin role (Freshers may apply if trained)
Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll coordination, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of labour laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment - basic level)
Experience in HR software or attendance systems

HR Manager / Admin Manager
