Business Strategy - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market and competitor research in jewellery and retail, with a
focus on lab-grown diamond adoption and consumer trends.
2. Support store expansion planning by analysing locations, footfall
potential, and unit economics (capex, EBITDA, payback).
3. Assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and business
projections for upcoming stores and categories.
4. Prepare pitch decks, investor notes, and strategy presentations
highlighting Araiya's positioning and growth story.
5. Track industry benchmarks (CaratLane, Tanishq, Zoya, Brilliant Earth,
etc.) to identify opportunities for differentiation.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, retail ops,
e-commerce) to align on Araiya's strategy roadmap.
7. Stay updated on sustainability, luxury retail, and consumer behavior
insights that can shape Araiya's brand voice.
