Business Strategy - Internship

1. Product Management Responsibilities
Assist in planning, developing, and executing product roadmaps in alignment
with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer
needs, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, development, and
operations) to ensure timely product updates and launches.
Monitor product performance through data analysis and prepare weekly
performance reports and insights.
Gather feedback from customers, sales, and support teams to suggest product
improvements.
Participate in product testing, documentation, and quality assurance
activities.
Support pricing strategies, positioning, and go-to-market planning for new and
existing products.

2. People Management Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities between departments and ensure smooth
communication among team members.
Support managers in assigning, tracking, and reviewing team tasks and
performance.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving workflow efficiency
and morale.
Assist in onboarding new employees or interns and help them integrate into the
team.
Handle basic HR coordination tasks such as attendance tracking, feedback
collection, and team updates.
Encourage collaboration and help resolve minor team conflicts or communication
gaps.
Prepare internal reports on productivity, task completion, and employee
engagement.

3. General Management & Reporting
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for leadership reviews.
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task trackers.
Learn and apply leadership, project management, and decision-making skills
through active participation in projects.
Represent the management team in meetings, presentations, or reviews when
required.
