Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive landscape analysis.
Identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and key market drivers.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights.
Perform benchmarking studies to compare best practices and competitors.
Support financial and operational analysis to evaluate business performance.
Strategy Development
Assist in developing strategic roadmaps and business plans.
Contribute to designing market entry, growth, and diversification strategies.
Participate in identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Support strategic problem-solving and brainstorming sessions with the team.
Prepare SWOT, PESTEL, and Porter's Five Forces analyses for projects.
