Business Operations - Internship

StrideRX is a men's health telemedicine startup offering doctor-led care with
privacy and convenience. We currently support patients dealing with erectile
dysfunction and hair loss, and are expanding into areas like weight
management, skin care, and hormonal health. We are looking for a care
operations intern to support day-to-day coordination between patients and
doctors. This includes confirming leads, scheduling consultations, following
up on appointments, and maintaining internal trackers.
This is a hybrid internship based in Delhi, with a mix of remote work and in-
office days at our Patparganj (FIE) office. You will work closely with the
operations team and gain hands-on exposure to how a digital health startup
functions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the doctor's availability and appointments.
2. Co-ordinate with patients and doctors for any appointment changes
3. Track consultation status and update internal records
4. Co-ordinate pharmacy order with partner pharmacies
5. Support coordination between care and fulfillment teams
6. Assist in improving and organizing backend processes (should be
comfortable with automation tools and be open to learn and explore.)
