Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
- Increase sales revenue in retail, wellness, e-commerce, and distribution.
- Drive product adoption in Beauty & Personal Care and Aromatherapy &
Wellness sectors.
2. Client & Customer Relationship Management
- B2B: Build strong relationships with distributors, beauty retailers, salon
chains & skin clinics, spas & wellness centres and organic product stores..
- B2C: Engage directly with end consumers through e-commerce, customer calls,
and promotional events & exhibitions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Gather feedback to improve products, marketing, and customer satisfaction.

The Pure Coffee Oil & the DeFatted Coffee Grounds are thereafter further up-cycled to make Skin & Hair Care Solutions & FMCG products for the Beauty & Personal Care and Aromatherapy & Wellness industries, developing a Circular Economy and a strong Community around.
