Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling prospective customers and informing them about new offers,
discounts, and services related to pet boarding, grooming, and daycare.
2. Maintaining an updated and accurate database of customers and leads in
Excel/CRM for future follow-ups.
3. Researching local pet communities, events, and potential collaboration
opportunities to expand outreach.
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and maintaining
a positive relationship with pet parents.
5. Assisting in coordinating pet care service bookings (grooming, boarding,
walking, vet visits, etc.) and resolving customer queries.
