Business Development (Sales) - Internship

About the Role
We're looking for a driven and coachable Sales Executive to join Indra Dhar's
team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on conversations, loves
challenges, and wants to sharpen sales skills while earning more.
You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients qualifying leads,
booking appointments, and making sure our senior business development reps are
talking only to the right people.
Key Responsibilities
Generate a minimum KPI of booked calls from lead sources

Make 200 dials/day and book 20+ qualified appointments

Approve, grade, and confirm applications via WhatsApp

Re-engage disapproved or cold leads

Double-check applicant fit before senior calls

Report daily updates and progress to the team

Assist with administrative and team tasks as needed
Requirements
Previous sales experience (inside sales, telesales, appointment setting
preferred)

Hungry to win, succeed, and level up with training

Competitive mindset but still a team player

Strong communication skills & ability to hold people accountable

Coachable and eager to learn from mentors

Consistently seeking personal/professional growth (books, courses, training)

Ambitious about increasing income through performance

Self-driven, disciplined, and resilient under pressure
