Business Development (Sales) - Internship

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an
intern, focusing on delegate and audience acquisition for our events. This
role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event-
based audience engagement, primarily involving making calls to engage with
potential attendees, providing them with event details, and encouraging
registration.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Assisting in conducting outbound calls to prospective delegates,
introducing them to upcoming events, and encouraging attendance.
2. Supporting in answering inbound inquiries and emails, addressing event-
specific questions, and providing assistance with registration.
3. Learning to effectively communicate the value of attending events,
tailoring messages to align with delegate interests and industry trends.
4. Helping manage accurate and up-to-date records of call interactions,
registrations, and feedback.
5. Assisting with following up with leads and re-engaging past attendees to
maximize audience participation.
6. Staying informed on event details, speakers, agendas, and industry
developments to convey relevant and compelling information to delegates.
