Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. B2B lead generation & sales: Research and reach out to cooler
manufacturers, HVAC companies, and electrical distributors in Gujarat. Make
cold calls/emails, follow up on inquiries from IndiaMART/TradeIndia,
coordinate product demos, and support customer meetings.
2. Distributor network building: Visit electrical markets in Ahmedabad (Lal
Darwaja, etc.), build relationships with wholesalers and component
distributors, and support channel partner onboarding.
3. Digital marketing & online listings: Manage B2B platform listings
(IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Udaan), create product descriptions and
specifications, maintain LinkedIn presence with technical content, and handle
e-commerce listings (Amazon Business, Flipkart).
4. Content creation & collateral: Develop comparison charts, presentations,
email campaigns, and social media posts. Write technical content explaining
motor advantages and applications for different customer segments.
5. Market research & CRM: Track competitor pricing and positioning, maintain
lead database, respond to online inquiries within 24 hours, prepare customer
feedback reports, and support trade show/event coordination.
