Business Development (Sales) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business
opportunities.
2. Engage with customers, explain the company's technical services, and guide
them in selecting the right services.
3. Achieve individual sales targets by engaging with customers, explaining
the facilities and services offered by the Mega CFC, assisting them in
choosing suitable services, and completing sales transactions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective
clients to ensure long-term business continuity.
5. Present services confidently with adequate product knowledge to facilitate
informed client decisions.
6. Communicate professionally across multiple channels, including in-person,
phone, email, and social media.
7. Coordinate with internal departments (Technical team, Accounts, CRM,
sales) to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
8. Present services effectively with adequate product and technical knowledge
to help clients make informed decisions.
9. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking,
and social media outreach.
10. Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, client feedback.
